Setting Up Multiple Presentations On A Classroom Computer

Multiple speakers may participate in an event.  Each speaker may have a separate presentation.

You may easily place each presenter presentation onto the computer’s home screen by following and repeating this series of simple steps.

For each presenter, find the file using one of the above methods (email or thumb drive).

Instead of double-clicking to immediately load the presentation, simply place the cursor on top of the file, then press and hold the left mouse button.

Then, drag the presentation from the email or thumb drive to the home screen of the computer.

Repeat for each presentation.  Note: If the presentation is on a different thumb drive, remove the other thumb drive and insert the other thumb drive.

You may then run the appropriate presentation on the home screen by double clicking on the presentation.
