Application for SULC's Pathway Program
In the application, you will be asked to submit the following information. We recommend reading through this information, reading the application itself, and preparing your essay and uploads before you start to fill out the application. This will make filling out the application a lot easier.
Application Packet must include:
- Application
- Transcript
- Essay
- Resume
- Letter of Recommendation
Application. The application itself must be completed online. The application contains questions regarding your contact information, background and academic studies.
Transcript. You will be required to upload your current college transcript in PDF format. The transcript can be either an official or unofficial transcript.
Essay. You will be required to submit an essay that is 250-750 characters in length. The essay should be uploaded in PDF format. Essay prompt: tell us about why you are interested in being a part of the SULC Pathway Program. Your answer can include why you are interested in attending law school and how this program can help further your goals.
Resume. You will be required to upload a copy of your resume. The resume should be one – two pages in length. Be sure to include: extracurricular activities, community activities, work experience, and scholastic/academic honors and awards.
Letter of Recommendation. You will be required to submit one letter of recommendation from a professor, faculty advisor, supervisor, etc. The letter of recommendation should speak to your professional promise and tell us what we need to know about you that is not present elsewhere in your application. Your letter of recommendation should be sent directly from your letter writer to the Program via email at pathwayprogram@sulc.edu
